There is nothing to create. Those are photos that linked with the account. If you upload any or someone tags you, then those too will be shown above the wall of your account.
Yes, I understand that. However, I doubt a facebook page the size of targets prevents tags there by manually clicking hide on each one... Is there a way to prevent tags from showing up at the top there?
As far it is about your own account, you can prevent people taging you into their photos. Even so photos pasted in your wall or uploaded by you will be shown above the wall.
