Hi Everyone, I'm talking about facebook pages here (for business), not personal profiles. I setup a facebook page for an adventure/extreme sports business, and since I was new to facebook at the time and didn't read the Terms of Use, I also setup a profile for them as well. The profile went extremely well, it grew very fast and I was keeping in touch with customers, tagging photos, and we were generating bookings through our facebook presence. Of course it is against the TOS for businesses to have a profile, so Facebook disabled the account. I've now re-setup everything using a facebook page, and I'm just finding it extremely limited. I can hardly interact with the customers anymore. Does anyone have anything to share on this topic? How do you make use of pages to keep in touch with customers? Regards, Luke
