Facebook page,group,fan

I am looking to create a facebook profile to go with my website? But what do i create a fan page, group or offical page???

 

I would advise you to first make some friends. Atleast 50. Then create a group pertaining to your website and then invite your friends.

 

group page seems to be more visible for me.

Just concentrate on your fan page more and more, so you can get more and more search one that.

 

Depends on what your sites about? Selling something or offering information? Membership or Sass? Groups are much more widely seen but never highly interactive. Official Fan Pages Seem to Provide So Much More Insight and Options For Your Fans. My Vote is Official Fan Page. You want to get a big following and get it quickly? Offer value for free I alwasy come back for free and valuable info.

 

fan pages are best.. through fan pages you can send updates but through groups you can send just msgs

 

I would go with fan page....

 

Go for a fan page at first and you need to add people but not in a spammy way. Mafia wars and fishville and the next ville will work. Tools can always help too if you want to automate the process.
