Facebook Page for Adult site?

Hello everyone. This is my first post and I would like to kindly ask you guys here.

Can you create a Facebook page for an adult site? To be more specific, there is no hardcore content, but may contain explicit images. The page will be updated with latested posts from a Wordpress managed site. Thanks a lot.

 

I doubt Facebook will consider Adult Images/Videos.

 

They will ban you for sure, its against their TOS.

 

no they will def bann you and maybe even by ur ip adress they dont allow that kind of stuff on there.

 

You can make a fan page for your adult themed website or biz, but you have to be careful how. Many adult product lines, entertainment companies, etc. have facebook pages. You just cannot post anything explicit. no nudity! Keep it as tasteful as possible. You do walk a fine line, but it can be done if done 'smart'. Use your facebook as something that might get potential visitors to your site interested, but DO NOT have any nudity or overly suggestive comments and such.

 

NO! Nudity or not. If its about sex leading anywhere you have your account delete so don't waste your time on it.

Plus the peoples name will be in view so I really don't think it a good idea. I wouldn't want my name ruined by a sex page.

 

Thanks a lot guys. I mean, what if the facebook page has no pictures at all except my non-nude avatar, but only links to the posts?

 

Then how does Hustler mag, Playboy, Penthouse, and countless numbers of stripclubs have pages. There are also many adult hookup sites that have plenty of hardcore stuff on their site that have pages.

 

I don't know where you see hardcore porn but its not on FB. Anyways, you can check FB guidelines.

 

Facebook guidelines don't allow hardcore content - but as has been pointed out most dating companies and adult magaizines have facebook fan pages so handling it careully is absolutely fine. If you're worried send FB an email but you should be fine providing you walk the correct line and don't overtly promote adult content.
