facebook offline_access

guys how could i intergrate "offline_access" to my site? my site is not php or a ready system. i couldn't work it out, could you please help me?

I would like for the activities done by users on my site to be shown on facebook feed, but for the users to use this they have to accept the publishing setting, and be online on facebook. with facebook_access i would like for this system to work even if they are not online but i couldnt do it..

okay. I understand your problem now. However this is not a simple task. If you are good with php and any facebook supported scripting language, you will be able to follow the protocol (handling session keys, etc...) and get this done.
Otherwise, you may have to negotiate with a programmer to get this done for you.
