I've seen multiple websites that have the same type of theme. This website isn't any different. Images are somewhat funny and overall good website.

I have seen tons of pirated copyrighted material on the net and off the net. Does that make them safe? Whenever there will be raid or something like that, copyrighted material will be closed down.

It's just a matter of time, who, when and where. It's a shame when people put there time and effort in a website and in the end it's closed down just because the "domain" had trademark.

Hosts and Domain registrars press the close button as soon as they receive DMCA email notice from the owner of the copyright or someone acting on their behalf. Your competitors can speed up the process.
Is it worth the effort? IMHO No.

It's better just to go with a domain that has no trademark issues.

    My sincere advice

I like how it looks but at the current phase it lacks content. Also - as people have mentioned - you might have problems with the domain name. Although I doubt your site will be that popular that facebook might decide to start complaining. Attorneys cost money, too. I don't think they will bother. Still, better change it to something more neutral so you could integrate people's profiles from other social networking sites as well.
