I get this message and I cannot open my Facebook account. This is a problem that requires skill I do not have. A boarder / tenant left and the FB account that was there has stopped. I tried to get in and made a mess of it. Password fails and the mobile number is not known and the photograph in use is not there - all these required for verification as per usual. When I key "facebook" in the URL address space, Facebook tries to load but defaults to the broken account only giving me the message shown in the attachments. Facebook will not go to the generic FB front page and therefore I cannot get to my own account. It only shows the message relating to the fact that the FB account ( for the now moved on ) boarder. That is locked and probably a dead/unusable even to the boarder. Is there a way for me to stop this inane action by Facebook? I have tried Opera and Firefox but exactly the same issues arise. It appears that there is something like a cookie? or some other code that redirects FB to this error condition when I try loading FB. Any help would be appreciated, of course!! Similarly , any link that takes me from the webpage to a FB page inherent and relevant to the item I'm reading, fails, with this same message
