Facebook lockout - all validation fails

    Locked out of Facebook due to an unknown browser used it said.. All validation fails including loading up passport / driving licence / utility bills. Same message comes back within minutes of uploading it to say incorrect documents and go see our list of acceptable ones. Oddly in my phone app the notifications number is going up every day as people try to reach me.... I just can't get back into answer them... 11 Years I've had this account and no problems previously..
