    You need to be patient. It takes quite a time. Keep being active, keep starting conversations and asking questions. Posting interesting things also helps. If you do this long enough, things will get right. You can also hire a proffesional company to do this. I am currently working with IGB Advertising and they are doing awesome job. As I said, it takes time and my business is small - I can't spend time on social netowrks, but I do know that they are vital for my business.

    1. On your site, put Facebook logo with some title like LIKE/JOIN us on Facebook
    2. Post regular updates & your products/services to Facebook page
    3. Respond to people comments, pictures & videos on Facebook
    4. Encourage people to LIKE your FB page so you can have better traffic via regular updates
