I work for a senior living referral company. We save family time and money by finding the right facility for them. We have a landing page that requires the user to enter his/her phone, name, and e-mail address. This way we can contact them and talk about their current loved ones needs. I just looked at the Facebook guidelines and saw this...: Ads cannot require viewers to click on the ad to submit Personally Identifiable Information (such as name, date of birth, phone numbers, social security number, physical addresses, or email addresses) on the landing page or in the ad, except to enable an ecommerce transaction and where the ad and landing page clearly indicate that a product is being sold. -since I'm not selling anything ... and we use this for people who are interested in our service... is this legal? Thanks guys
