    I used facebook for some promotion and marketing via groups, but you need to be careful because Facebook will easily ban you if you violate the rules... other good way would probably be advertising since there is a lot of people there active every day but depends on what you want to offer...

    I use my facebook group to market my website and others website, I have also used the facebook ads which brought in revenue of about £700 in 13 days.
