I need a person with extensive experience in Facebook pages' customization to apply two changes to an existing Facebook page: Add an app that would encourage users to like the page and when they do so, allow them to download an ebook. I already have an ebook file. All you have to do is to create an infrastructure that would allow users to download them after they like the page.
