    I'm selling my site: www.nightclub-city-facebook.com (Digitalpoint is wrong with the reg date - it was 1st Sep 2010, not Sep 30th.)



    This site targets the Facebook game Nightclub City and promotes a Clickbank product.

    Global searches for the term nightclub city facebook are as follows:

    It's currently on page 2 of Google for this term. With a little more time and offsite SEO it should hit the front page quite easily. This has been fully SEO'd on site.

    This site was only created at the beginning of this month, so there's no other stats to show.

    Monetization:

    This site promotes a Clickbank product, and does it pretty well. The product is a guide for Nightclub City, and sells for $27. You get 75% of that - so $20.25 per sale! This site is already sending visitors to the product via my hop link, all you need to do is replace my hop link with yours, and you're in business.

    You could also add Google Ads to furthur monetize it.

    Domain is registed with Godaddy so I will push it to your Godaddy account upon payment.

    No, there are no twitter/fb accounts associated with this site. Although a fb page etc would be a great way to promote it.
