Facebook Funding Source Error

    Hi,

    I got one problem all the time. Whenever, I try to add PayPal as funding source it returns me back to the page with following error:

    "There was an error
    Your account must have a valid funding source before creating ads."

    My PayPal account is verified.

    Can you suggest me the best solution for this problem please?

    none like facebook ads now..because fb like shit now...

    facebook not accepting paypal funding source for some countries and vcc's too.
