Hi guys,I am trying to create a successful fanpage. I have added some people from certain groups related to my fanpage, however, Facebook is warning me to only invite people I know, otherwise I have the risk of getting an "invite block" for a couple of days or even weeks. An other option I used was to add people directly from email lists, but still, if these people were added by an email tool they can tell FB they don't know me, which will result to a warning or block. Is there a way to add friends without having these risks? Thanks.
If you're importing an email list from your personal contacts, it shouldn't be a problem, though most people just ignore it. I wouldn't purchase a list and send them emails inviting them to the page though, you want an engaged audience. Have you tried running some targeted facebook ads and promoting your fan page on other platforms?
Hi. Thanks for that. Purchase a list is something I would never think of; who knows what these "leads" are. I would really like to know how to add some friends without having to spend hard earned cash and I am sure there are more people who would like to know this. Paying for adds would be something for later, when there is a fundational fan base. What do you mean by other platforms by the way; it sounds like something useful. Thank you.
That is the best way I don't think people have a clue about it. Try an email generator it works great for me. Just make sure that which ever one u pick saves your list in text files.
It just takes time - start liking other pages and interacting with them. Promote your page (but not too much) on other social media platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Make sure you include the link to your page in your email signature - it's the little things.
