Facebook Forums Broken?

    So, apparently doing anything in Facebook Forums ( https://www.facebook.com/help/community ) is impossible if you are signed into a Facebook fan page instead of just a personal account.

    See the attached image. If you click on this button in the red box while signed into a Facebook fan page, the only thing that it does is take you back to your fan page, where it should allow you to post a question for anyone to answer.

    Q1. Is this just a broken feature of Facebook, or, what's the deal?

    Respectively, I am unable to create a post about the brokenness of my personal Facebook page in Facebook's forums because the page I can sign into doesn't allow me to post in the Facebook forums so therefore I am unable to report to Facebook that there is an account problem with my personal Facebook page: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/facebook-account-blocking-algorithm.2810279/
