Hi all, I have always wondered about using Facebook for the business I work for. We do have a Facebook page but from what I believe, it wouldn't really be too appropriate for business to business companies. Our business sells phone systems so as you can imagine, it's a pretty niche market. I can't see random people wanting to buy a phone system for their home as it's a pretty big thing that is used within businesses. Anyway so getting back to my original question, would it be beneficial to spend some time to get some fans on our Facebook page even though it's more of a social website and not a "business meeting" place? What are the advantages of using Facebook for businesses? Thanks for any of your input
