facebook flyers

for their PPC campaign. I make a new flyer, gets lots of impressions, some clicks, and then next day the system shows little to not impressions. is there a quality score based on CTR or something?

 

I found that when my CTR sucks they stop displaying my ads the next day.

Other have been telling me they have been gettin poor results with their ppc campaigns as well - I think its the demographic of facebook
