Facebook Flyers - A Test.

Well, I've just bought 5,000 facebook flyers and put a picture on them to improve ctr. I'm directing traffic to a ringtone offer. Many people say that flyers are ineffective. Well, Lets give it a shot.

What are your experiences with flyers?

 

I have tryed them a few times, they dont rlly work to great, but it helps a little

 

I had tried 1 time, the CTR is very very low.... never try it after that..

 

For ads in general (but especially a site like facebook) the users get so used to where ads are and how they look (especially flyers) that they are very likely to disregard them. Hopefully it works out for you though.

Are the flyer views you bought unique? I know in the past they have just sold views, and not necessarily unique views. You can imagine how many pages the average facebook user views a day.

Same experience here, very low CTR (for a free wishlist site)

 

Same as experience posted above.

Even free offers didnt really work that well.

 

Didn't get many clicks from them when I tried them. I preferred advertising in the marketplace.

Facebook flyers are junk.

 

Best tool to use it the poll.. I got more visits from that then 30k flyers.
