    Have you thought about some sort of competition run for your Facebook fans? You could promote it with Facebook Advertising too.

    I like using FB Ads to get more fans. This allows me to get more fans within hours of submitting the Ad. If you’ve never done any FB Ads before, you can get a FB Ad coupon. I got a $50 coupon for $18. You can probably get it cheaper if you look hard enough. I prefer using FB Ads instead of something like Fiverr since the Likes I will be getting from the FB Ads will be higher quality. I do use Fiverr to help get the first 25 fans to get a username. Good quality content is still very important, since your want these new fans to share your content and thereby grow your fan base organically.

    Fb ads are very costly,

    Still if you have no money then just upload some cool videos, they work like viral at facebook. this method increases the fans :)

    There should be an incentive. For example, my fanpage gives content updates, so users subscribe to it as kind of an interactive "rss" so to speak, since they can ask me questions etc.
