    Why are you selling this site?
    I have several websites/blogs to manage and I have to let this one go. It is a great domain name and diabetes is a evergreen niche.

    How is it monetized?
    it promotes a clickbank product
    you can also add adsense ads.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Facebook page with 181 likes
    twitter account

    How much time does this site take to run?
    hosting account

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    the new buyer have to write at least 1 article a week to get traffic and sales.

    current traffic is around 50-100 a month (total traffic since 1st jan 2017 till today 20 may 2017 is 326 unique visitors).

    I will transfer the blog to your hosting account for free and edit the clickbank affiliate links.
