As you have websites in your sig, I'm assuming you mean how much traffic comes to your websites via the fanpages on fb? If this is the case then you can see this info on analytics

If you have installed or registered in google analytics OR statcounter, it will show you a report of which individual visitors has come from what source from the net to your site. I mostly use statcounter for this type of query.

Also you can make all your links with bit.ly, it shows how much people pressed on every short link generated with http://bit.ly

you dont need to install the google analytics on fan page. it will be installed in your website which will track the visitors coming from facebook.

    Hi,

I agree with google analytics, it's a good one. You can also register to bit.ly, it will give actual number of clicks made in your facebook fan page that directs them to your site. You simply type or paste the link you want to shorten. After it has been shortened you can now post this to your page and it will give you a track of your clicks.

I hadn't thought of using bit.ly for tracking purposes, I'm not really willing to go that route as I want my full domain name url posted (and indexed by Google) everywhere possible. If I used bit.ly then I'd be passing google juice to that service (and they don't need any help in ranking in Google)
