Hi guys I was just reading a few articles this morning and something caught my eye. I read that some people consider mass email from Facebook fan pages can be more effective than a auto responder. What do you guys think about this and are any of you currently using your fan page to mail your Facebook fans?
Hello. I do not know how you can mass email people. You can add people from your email list, i think 5000 max, but they receive in form to like page. And i do not know if facebook have some limit like for profiles. If you add to profiles too much friends, and someone reports, they will block your profile.
I do it once and it easy cause me to to get warning from facebook about spaming. Mass mailing and they only need few people to mark you as spam or report then your fan page will be in trouble. Most people open their message application to friends only and not fan page that is why you can't message all of them even they are your fans . Facebook protect user privacy.
