Facebook Engagement ads...

    I want to create Facebook engagement ads, which should have videos instead of images, i tried many Facebook help center
    but i am unable to find the answer,
    i one of the post by the Facebook user states that it is only available for USA residents?
    is this true, kindly help .

    Never see this kind of ads. Why not contact the facebook ads manager

    i saw one of Hero motocorp , were they had video and poll instead of Images ...

    nope, it is available in other countries, however you can't buy direct from the ads platform. you have to talk to the commercial rep for your country.
