Buying Facebook Emoji Application

    I am looking for a way to make a FB apps (both IFRAME and FBML apps) to be like this =>
    It is a simple app to update status with emoji (emoji is those tiny animated images).

    I've already had both IFRAME and FBML apps (written on PHP) to update a status, but without emoji.
    I will pay you if you tell me how to include emoji on my apps (IFRAME and FBML).
