one thing to note is that forums (like this one), allow people to login via facebook. So connecting with facebook is not just connecting with facebook, but rather facebook connects you to all your other sites. At this stage, I dont see any other site coming close to competing against facebook in this regards. As soon as it becomes widespread enough to join and login to sites everywhere using (for example) google +, THEN it could be said that facebook has real competition.
Myspace is trying to come back, but I personally do not see that happening any time soon. (If ever) I believe that rising networks such as Pheed, Vine, Instagram, & Google Plus have potential to overtake Facebook one day.
Google+ was primarily created to compete with facebook, there are some issues I encountered with facebook security, thus I prefer google+ as more secure.
google, twitter, prentest, facebook, diffrant platfom.many man use google twitter prentest facebook diffrant work.so evry divice evry work himself more important.but i am vote facebook .google.outher divice more important.
Google Plus can be a tough competitor to Facebook, but even i dont think that google plus can beat Facebook.
I can't see Facebook being beat, not anytime soon anyway. It's current biggest competitor is definitely Twitter.
Makes up a great topic for debates but everybody knows that Facebook has asserted itself over the social media. Facebook essentially is the social media.
In my opinion, Facebooks biggest competitor of the future will be Pinterest. Eventuelly Pinterest might compete more with Amazon in terms of online shopping. Depends on the way it'll develop.
I think all of them are the best competitor of Facebook and many of entrepreneurs are more reliable on these networks than the Facebook because on these networks you can meet more professional beings than facebook.
