    Hi there,

    I am wanting to run a Facebook competition/contest to help raise my likes or my page.

    I would like to know if I am allowed to run a competition which involves users posting a comment to a post?

    Also, I wanted to know if I can promote this competition on another website with something along the lines of:

    "Head over to our Facebook page to enter our competition. All you need to do is tell us your favourite ___"
