Facebook - Community Page vs. Official Page

    I want to create o FB page but I don't know which is better; Community Page or Official Page? Which has more "promotional power"?

    Which pages you guys use? Appreciate any experiance...

    If you are going to be creating a fanpage for a business or a brand then you should be creating an “Official Page”.
    However, if you are going to be targeting a niche market then I would create a “community page”.

    Im pretty sure the official pages can have the "like" button added to them while the other one can not.
