Facebook closing down?

Some countries already have blocked FB.

 

Its safe to say that FaceBook is currently the largest active social network in the world. I do not think its going to be closing down anytime soon. If anything MySpace probably will be closing down as it is losing a following by the day

 

There's absolutely no way Facebook will close down any time soon. They are still coming up with new ways to monetize like sponsored story!

 

Is it possible to shut down all those threads launched by n00bs who believe everything that is online once and for all?
Even better, can we make a script to make impossible to set up a DP account when the IQ is below 30 for example? That alone will keep DP a better place to be for the 12% of remaining members...

I'm pretty sure that it's a rumor, I highly doubt it's closing down.

 

I wonder how many people here fall for the "Wallet Inspector" trick.

 

I would sincerely doubt this would happen. And, event if it was so, I'd be the last to cry about it. I find it useless most of the time. The only thing I use it for is to get in touch with some old friends and relatives.

 

Facebook aren't going away right away. In fact, i don't think it will in the next many years.

 

Facebook receives more traffic than Google now. Being one of the owners of Facebook is equal to winning the lottery every week (maybe every day).

Closing down Facebook would be the same as handing billions of dollars to Google. Aint gonna happen. Can you imagine if that happened. Google shares would go through the roof! Keep your ear to the ground and get ready to buy some Google shares, ha ha.
