Do you know how much paid advertising that site has done? Heaps bro!

You use hyphen domains for good keyword domains. "muscle book" is not a good keyword for seo, and makes no sense for a social site IMO.

Back to the review, if I were you I'd move the "Links of Interest" further down the page. Why do you want visitors clicking off your site straight away?

Nice selection of niche... and a nicely designed site. I will give it 8/10.

Looks good! But I think the site need more something- not sure what, maybe more color? for me it's look like a big chart with pictures in every square, maybe feel it up with some more colors. The header in my opinion doesn't fit to the site himself. Overall- The domain is amazing, great choice! the site look easy to use and thats important, and I like how you use the photos on the site. Great work, just need a little more improvement.

I think the site looks good, i like the the way the personal profiles are laid out, Off the point but some of those blokes are actually massive lol
