Facebook Clicks Don't Match Hops

I launched my first clickbank PPC campaign today to try and get a feel for it, and noticed something strange when comparing the stats between the two. According to facebook my ad received 202 clicks today, however according to clickbank there were only 21 hops.

My ad doesn't go to a landing page, but goes right to the vendor so I would think that all the clicks should at least be counted as hops. Anyone have any ideas about what I might be doing wrong?

 

I have also had issues with the fb advertising system, both to affiliate pages and to my own sites, and the numbers provided to me from the advertisers and from my own analytics aren't adding up to what facebook states. I am not sure if when a robot follows the link, if you are charged for that. I am just not sure what is wrong with their system, or maybe it was my bad luck.

 

ClickBank's hop analytics aren't up-to-the-minute. Give it a day or two and run another report for today to see if everything adds up.

the hops system can be delayed sometimes, check if there is a yellow circle that says there is delay instead of the usual "Normal operation" gree circle in the analytics page

 

I have the exact opposite experience... I recieve way more hops than I send... I've no idea why this happens?

I had the same experience with a Facebook ad that produced more than 150 clicks.

However when I looked in Clickbank I found about 7 hops for the advertised products.

I wrote to Clickbank support and they replied that the analytics are not always up to data, but after more than a week the situation has not changed.

I used a sandwich page and it is possible that many people did not click the Clickbank hoplink, but the difference seems to be very large,

problem is with clickbank tracking, i am having same problem, i got 20 clicks from dp advertising but only 10 were showing as hops

 

I did not face any such problem with click bank. They are showing right analytics of hops to my product.
But there is one thing i am not able to understand in the countries column why they are showing not set ? what does that mean?

Any ideas?

clickbank wont update your stats in time as facebook i get the same problem but then after 4 or 5 hours i see my hops that came from facebook in my clickbank account so its ok if you dont see it for a few hours but it will show the sale stat in real time
