Dang, I'm sorry man! Did you or your wife ever set up a Facebook page and set up an AD for advertising. Maybe someone started an advertising campaign on your wifes facebook account and now the charges are coming through...

As far as I know, Facebook can only charge from their ad service. Did you provide your CC number to FB ? If you did not someone get your card info and use on FB page for ad purposes..

I relate to this because it has happened to me too. Apparently it happened Saturday the 5th around 7pm and yes I live on Facebook. I have never ever bought anything on FB or any of the games I play either. I have no personal info either on FB. How I found out was I went to my bank online to pay a bill and saw I had a $16.00 charge for Facebook credits. I have never bought any. I also saw that same phone number by my charge and they are using the name Facebook, the 1-650-543-7818 and I called it and yes , they tell you they can clear it up and to have ready my credit card number..yea , I know better then that and that was a dead giveaway of a scam. Im not dumb here and pretty puter smart about these things and if you type in the addy they give you to go to online it doesnt come up to what they say it will. I googled that phone number and its from Cali and lots of other people have been victims to whoever this is. I know for me its only 16.00 but still I am scared now. Like I said I have never bought anything. Now the only thing I can think of that this could be a part of is I play Farmville and there is always these posts for Farmville that arent really farmville to get a new virtual animal and if you click them and go to that page it sometimes will download something on your puter and it was going around on peoples walls this past weekend. I never do click these so I dont see how it could be that. Im clueless but now I am scared because I am disabled and live on SS check and barely make it now. Im scared to pay anymore bills incase they try and get more money and run me over. I am contacting my bank tomorrow to put a stop to anything coming from Facebook. This is ridiculous and Facebook needs to protect users better. It is a scam and many other people from what I read have fallen to this as well. Its real. Be scared. I did send a complaint in to Facebook and to Zynga as well since it says it was for one of there games.

Keep sending them emails and ask them to mail you the details for the charges. They should be able to give you details. After all this is debited from your account.Just keep sending them mails and trouble them as they have troubled you unless you get a solution.Ask them for their contact details so you could call them
