Facebook build audience tools

    Hi,
    I was working on my facebook page promotion and using the tool that facebook offers "Build Audience -> Invite email contacts" And was wondering how it really works. Here are some questions I have:
    1. Can facebook ban my page if I invite too many contacts which does not like to be invited ?
    2. Has anyone tried this for building audience and does it worked for you?

    You can try to add 4 or 5 new friends everyday.
