    Hi,

I'm looking for assistance because Facebook don't seem to be too helpful.

We recently ran a post and boosted it in the aim of getting greater reach and engagement.

We set a budget at £50 but the post was declined after around 30 minutes because of the image contained more than 20% text. The post had only spent £2.50

I just wanted some advice really on what to do next? have we lost the £50? can we get it back? The payment method we used was PayPal. Will we just be invoiced the £2.50.

I can't seem to find the answers anywhere so I thought I would ask here.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

You will only have to pay for the clicks accumulated while the post was live. The remainder of your money should still be in your account as a credit. You might want to revise your ad so it has less text. It happens sometimes.
