    No thanks .... I've bought one of your apps before. At first I was happy to provide you with some bugfixes to your code, but why did you stop replying to my emails about bugs that I couldn't fix ??? :(

    Good luck, I think you'll need it because I hope no one wastes their money on your apps :(

    First of all, I'm not sure who you are or if you have even purchased one of our products, but I WILL tell you this:

    I CERTAINLY have not received any emails from you within the past 2-3 months. This being the case, why (if you are even a customer) suddenly decide to appear and flame our thread without first trying to reach us again?

    QUITE SIMPLY PUT: We don't have any dis-satisfied customers. Occasionally there is a client (maybe like you?) who has an issue and emails us ONE TIME explaining the problem. Since we receive between 50 and 100 emails from clients each day, occasionally an email slips through the cracks. If you don't hear anything back within a day or so we obviously missed it, so re-send the email... Wouldn't you do this in any other situation?

    We go to great lengths to ensure that each and every one of our clients is fully satisfied with our work. We have resolved every situation that has ever arisen so that the client went home happy with our products and services in the end, so for you to come here and say this makes me immediately suspicious, as we would have taken care of your issues had we known of them.

    If you truly are one of our customers and need help or for us to take a look at something for you feel free to contact us via email and we will be happy to resolve any issues you are facing :)

    The site is nicely designed however, your logo looks very similar to TOYSRUS'S logo I
    think you should get a more original logo.

    I certainly am a recent customer, and certainly less than the 2-3 months that you specify. So you DO have dissatified customers, who HAVE tried to reach you multiple times and have grown TIRED of being ignored. The only reason I "suddenly decided to appear" is that you suddenly decided to advertise your site and services.

    As I said, I had to tell you about bugs in your code. The app is almost working well, but still does not contain all the features that were listed when I purchased it.

    Nice theme, but I don't think the logo and the join today graphic integrate well. Change the colors in those graphics (and halve the number), or update the theme to something more carnival.

    fulltilt, I still have no idea who you are, but what you argue is my point exactly. What I'm saying is that this post IS NOT our first post on DP, if you look, we post on here about everyday. We're also very active on Facebook, on Sitepoint, other forums, use MSN, have a phone number listed in our emails and invoices, and, as I mentioned above, we also use email, although apparently that method didn't work for you.

    If you would have emailed us like I just requested in the post above, then perhaps we would already have this straightened out. I cannot help you without more information. I've been waiting for an email from you since I made that post today.....

    Also, we DO NOT have any other dis-satisfied customers, other than, apparently..... you :) So please email us like I requested and someone here will get you squared away pronto. (This is why we have no dis-satisfied customers) I understand we missed your last email but I am literally sitting here now waiting for you to email me and will keep an eye out over the next day or two. :)
