Facebook Application - looking for someone who can develop Facebook App

Hi all,

I am looking for a programmer who can develop a Facebook App which is something similar to 'Tag my Friends' and 'Tag my Pals' ( if you are active in Facebook, you might know what I am talking about ). For that two tagging features, users usually will need to grab an image from a website in order to tag the friends accordingly.

For my App, I want the feature to be automated whereby a user can select an image from the App or create a whole new image himself by uploading to my site - the image will be created by the App and the users can start tagging their friends.
