    Can you be more specific? There are several applications on Facebook that will help you to have a better/nicer Fan Page(hence help to increase the likes) Is that what you're looking for?
    To my knowledge, there's no app that'll magically increment your likes counter.

    There is also always the option to purchase likes... many sites offer this, pretty much useless traffic though.

    Right on. Especially if the likers are bots ... you never know what you'll get on these sites.
