Facebook and Twitter

Does anyone know where you can get the facebook and twitter buttons that say something like "find us on ..." or do you have to build your own

well i think i have seen this option in facebook only.

 

You can try the Wibiya toolbar. You must have seen it in many places. I never used it , but i'm planning to soon.

 

I think those are social bookmarking plugins, google them and you will be able to find them easily.
