"Since users are particularly sensitive to ads related to health conditions, we do not accept images that may be insulting or degrading. In particular, ads for weight loss products or services should avoid depicting overweight individuals, or unlikely body changes. Images focusing on scales, tape measures, etc, are also likely to offend users.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind.

    Health ads may not:

    * single out individuals or degrade the viewer of the ad.
    * guarantee or claim specific weight loss results.
    * imply that certain body types are more desirable than others.
    * present weight conditions or any other health conditions in a negative light."

I still don't see anything wrong with my pic

Well I see a pretty blatant tape measure. Not saying I agree with your picture being unsuitable, but that's the reason.
