Recently, an article in newspaper said that Facebook as main reason behind breaking marriages, instead of talking with each other, more and more spouses are sharing their secret online and have stop communicating with each other.

What do you think about this?

Do you think Facebook or other social networking sites affecting relationship?

    Please give your opinion.

Hard to say but i would guess that it could affect relationships.

I really hate people that change their relationship status all the time "In a relationship" "Its complicated", its like the first think people do is runt to the computer when they are fighting to change status...

Facebook definitely affects relationships. I had so many of my friends break up with their girlfriends and boyfriends because of Facebook. Whether it was jealousy. Or some girl started chatting with him or maybe he/she got tempted by someone and went behind his back and he/she found out about it because he had her/his password... The truth is that Facebook really affects the relationship nowadays.

Yes, it does affect relationship. I read in the Newspaper that many couples were divorced after finding that one of them was in relationship with someone else on FB. FB is destroying the culture and the society. There must be some security precautions taken by FB to maintain it's business.

Yes! Actually, any social networking sites may affect relationship. It just happened that FB expose almost everything. Most status updates can cause insecurities, misinterpretation, etc. But as always, good communication with each other will make things just right.

I think social networks like facebook, not only just add friends or relationship only. Facebook also has benefits more like can update information and entertainment.

I'm sure it has a lot to do with the fact that the temptation to cheat is raised by having online relationships via facebook. It also keeps people disconnected with one another when they should be much more connected.
