    You can have your blog updates posted to your Facebook profile as a note.

    Here's how you add your blog:

    1. If you are using Facebook "classic" view, you will see the list of Facebook applications you have installed at the top of the left-hand navigation bar. You may have to expand the list of applications to find "Notes" (click on Notes).
    2. When the Notes page opens, look for a box on the right-hand navigation bar that's titled "Notes Settings". There will likely be an item there that says "You are not importing notes from an external blog >> Import a blog". Click on "Import a Blog"
    3. You will be asked to provide your RSS/ATOM feed URL and then you have to accept a short legal statement and you'er done!

    there shoudl be an app for this....there should also be one if you have twitter as well...
