    I just logged in for the first time in weeks due to this thread - what on earth are you all crying about - all they have done is moved it around a bit. If you dont like it go to one of the other million social networks !

    They haven't just moved things around, if they did that there wouldn't be a problem at all. But if you don't use it every day you probably don't realise how big the impact is.

    I don't really like the new layout but what can we do? Eventually we will find our way around.

    They can't possibly support different layouts. That would be an overkill for the servers, which already get huge loads

    I just can say, that the new view is not so bad, I even start to like it more than the old one. You just need some time. Next time when they change the layout you will also say - Hey, I want the old one :D

    I don't like it at all. The last makeover was ok, but this looks bad I think. I've stopped using it as much since I got the new layout.

    I don't like the new facebook layout and I have stopped using it.

    Its trying to be twitter, but its just far too fiddly and complicated to compete with twitter. Twitter was built from the ground up as a simple application and thats why I love it and use it instead of facebook now.

    Agree with that. Unfortunately, I don't think it will be long before Twitter is spoilt - there are already signs of it becoming spammy.

    I'm getting used to the new layout, but I still have to change my habits...
    In my opinion, when such a big site changes its layout, no matter how better is the new layout, there will always be a lot of people to say it sucks, and my guess is it's because of their habits. When you click the same link 15 times a day, it's difficult to get used to click the same link if its location on the layout gets changed.

    I hate it, it took me about an hour to figure out how to accept my friend request! Was a bit of a nightmare...
    I don't see why they keep changing it, obviously the majority dont like it...
