    no, you need to do all single and simple.. no tricks for Facebook then instant account banned..

    Yes,you can get banned by using any tricks.you need to talk with facebook developer help.

    for facebook-
    1. once cc or vcc or paypal of spacific account.
    2. cc or vcc or paypal ( with cc attached) will be bind with spacific coupon.
    if you use vcc to multiple account but u can't use it for any campaign. cause 1cc+1code will be recorded forever.
