Facebook Ads - Targeting Friends of People Who Like Your Page

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to set up some FB ads. There used to be an option to target friends of people who like your FB Page. Now, I'm only seeing the option to target people similar to the people who like your page. That loses the connection ("Oh, my friend already likes this organization!") and aren't necessarily the people I want to target. Does anyone know if there is a way to set up a target audience of friends of people who like your page or some work-around to get the same result?

This doesn't seem to change, I've been using FB less and less, too much spam on it!!!
