    it is best you do it yourself....
    and be careful who you hire, anyone can say they know facebook...
    maybe they can help you make money, or piss it all away, and it is
    a gamble if you do not know who you are hiring, and no one can
    really guarantee if your product will sell; it is trial and error....

    Even those that are good with facebook probably had to play with
    dozens if not hundreds of ad variations, images, videos before they
    managed to find something that actually worked for them....

    This is crap. There are people who have expertise and know how to use the medium most efficiently. Even if it is a little bit of trial and error to get the best results, those people will be able to grasp things quicker and implement rapidly.
