Facebook ads how to edit cpc/cpm?

    Anybody know how to change the cpc or cpm amount. I have several ads that's not generating any clicks and I want to increase the bids, but I can't figure out how to edit the bid amount. It allows me to change the DAILY bid amount but not the cpc/cpm, at least I can't find it.
