Facebook ads account creation

    I need some help in making ads accounts.
    don't worry about the account , I got 3 years old accounts (100 +), which method is the best to convert my accounts into ads accounts.?
    VCC.? paypal.?

    Use Vcc at your own risk because there security team ask for verification. If you failed , you account blocked.
