Facebook: Add link like Wall on left side of a profile

    I want create a Link same like Wall with Different name and Diffrent icon. See in the attached image.

    I guess it can only be done for a fanspage only, can not be used for a profile. And can only be done by using certain codes, facebook has rules and privacy.
