Is Facebook eating away your money too? I've spent like $3,000 on Facebook Ads. And it got me nowhere!
There are several issues here. 1) Does Fecesbook have the type of customers that you want? 2) Are those customers willing to buy your products at a price BOTH of you can live with? 3) Do your ads target ONLY those customers? I suspect that the answer to one or more of these questions is "NO" else you would not be here complaining. I am assuming that you are getting NO traffic from those ads. If you are getting traffic, then there are a bunch more questions to answer and NONE of those questions have ANYTHING to do with Fecesbook.
I targeted my niche for my print on demand products and still got no value out of the ads. Maybe I am missing something small. Because I'm generating tons of traffic but my products aren't selling.
Then it is NOT Fecesbook's fault as you originally implied. Some way or another you are either targeting the WRONG people, or you are not converting your traffice into sales. First make sure you are targeting the correct audience. If not, change your advertising. If so, determine WHY they are not converting. Until you determine that, you are just spinning your wheels.
If you have already checked all the above-mentioned suggestions then its time for you to check your facebook ad image. If there is too much of text in your add, your add may not run as desired. It's better to do a test before you run your add. Once your ad image is ready you can upload and check it here in this tool: https://www.facebook.com/ads/tools/text_overlay
