Facebook accounts are usually disabled for people who do a lot of actions that Facebook considers as spam-like; let's say adding too many friends, sending too many messages (and by that you're talking about something like 50 and above).
Moreover, if people report you for offensive language or posting scam business links and so forth, your account could be disabled too.
They usually send you an email saying why it has been disabled, so email them back and they'll look into it.

They usually warn you before simply disabling the account. They also specify what action you have done repeatedly.

hmm...i don't think that emailing to them would work. Make a new account and try to avoid spam-like activies next time. My friend's account was disabled too. He wasn't spammer. But he had too many friends and hardly any activity. Mostly he used to write over his wall.

First, check your email, usually when a Facebook profile is blocked there will always be an email notification and state the reasons which cause your facebook blocked. Carefully why, it's useful for you to appeal or complaint.

Second, once again, stay calm and do not ever (in a hurry) you create a new profile using the same email. If you do this, then the old facebook profile will automatically delete and you too will no longer be able to access the old facebook profile.

Third, send a letter to the Appeals [at] facebook.com (or also to the disabled [at] facebook.com, log [at] facebook.com) and make a request to facebok restore your account (please use a little flattery and pleading words let admin facebook stirred his heart, he .. he ..) Talk out that you will not repeat any mistakes or violations of the same also pointed out that your Facebook profile is important in your life (eg fesbuk be the place where your life photo album or so for your event always communicate with family or friends) Try to use English and the best time to send at night.

Fourth, wait for replies from Facebook, this could last for several hours or even days, usually when your offense is still mild, Facebook will consider them with certain requirements, you just reply to this email by arguing that you will comply with these requirements and other provisions valid on Facebook. and then you also finally able to log into your Facebook. However, if the violation you are doing quite hard and can not be tolerated, then the party Facebook will send a reply that it is a final decision (this decision is final), this means you will not be able to access your profile facbook forever.

I don t really advice to contact them. A few months ago i opened a new account with facebook to use it for advertising .After i have redeemed my coupon and submitted my credit card ( i did everything legally) they disabled my account in 5 minutes with no reason nor explanation.
I lost my coupon and i can no longer use that credit card to advertise on their network.
I contacted them many times ! no answer!!

I used to work at Facebook and let me just explain that if you were doing something considered to be spammy don't bother contacting them. They will keep track of your IP, other information, and possibly use it later on. If it was just a mistake on their part then contact them as requested. Usually it can get figured out.
